I'd spend it on the other car, or save it for maintenance/fuel expenses (tires, oil, etc.).

For me it would be heads and cams so that way I would only need a shortblock for when the time came for it.

well, since I found the money in the trunk of the Chevette before I called the junkyard to come pick up the piece of crap, I'd be spending the money on either an ON3 Performance Turbo kit or MM coilover front suspension with k-member.

I'd either do heads/cam or spend it all on suspension.

New shocks, struts, lowering springs, front/rear swaybars, all new suspension bushings, subframe connectors, cobra front brakes, new rear brakes, stainless steel brake hoses, lower control arms, clutch quadrant, firewall clutch cable adjuster, clutch pedal stop, jba shorty headers, 3.73 gears and rebuild the track-lok. Think that'll get it close to 2.5K

If not - fix my ABS, and get my cruise control functioning again (stopped working 2 days ago).

Buy gears and converter, since those are still stock after I got the blower, and then suspension.

I third the T-56. I'd pick up a used cobra t-56 with low miles, sell my trans and stuff to get a better clutch/flywheel and use whatever I have left to finish my blower build that's still in the making.
