Spoiler dilema again - Pictures of Saleen spoiler on black 99-04s?

I debated back and forth between Saleen and 03-04 Cobra spoilers forever for my YN silver GT. Ended up with an 03-04 spoiler, 03-04 front, and will be ordering a 2.5" cowl for it.

Now, onto my black GT, I don't know what the hell to do. 03-04 spoiler is a good look in black, but tends to be a bit more bland as it just blends in with the car to be one big black blob. So, I naturally thought of the Saleen wing. Google doesn't really return anything decent. This car has an 03-04 Cobra bumper. Bone stock exterior otherwise. I'm thinking Saleen, 2.5" cowl? I need some direction. I've only found one so far with the 03-04 front, Saleen wing, and cowl combo, and it does indeed look titties. Guess I'll make a poll out of it.

Personally on a GT like that I like the 99-00 spoiler moved back. You should ditch the GT side skirts too and get the 03/04 Cobra's, it will look much better with the 03/04 bumper.

Here's my 2000 GT with the spoiler moved back. I like it because it hangs off like the Saleen does, but also has space under it that separates it from the body so it won't blend into a black car as much.

I like the moved back 99-00 spoiler, but it just wouldn't be for me on this car. You guys pull it off nicely.

Too much sex for my eyes. That looks great dude. I think I'm pretty much settled on the Saleen this time.

I had my YN silver GT spoilerless for a hair over 3 years while it was on the stock front bumper, and it looked great, flowed well, got compliments on it every time I got gas, walked out to it in a parking lot, etc. No spoiler with the 03-04 Cobra bumpers is a no, however. It's way too much bulk hanging on the front end to not be balanced out in the rear via spoiler of some sort.

The problem with these cars is they look so damn good to begin with, it doesn't matter what you do with the spoiler lol. It's a different look depending which you choose, but they look good no matter what so you can't really make a wrong decision IMO.

If you read closely, I mentioned 03-04. 99-01 Cobras can pull off wingless with relative ease as the 99-01 front bumper is nearly identical to the V6/GT bumper size-wise. Honestly it may sit a little higher in the middle of the bumper with that upwards curve it has to it.

With the 03-04, it's just a huge bumper, and is a lot going on up front. There are a few 03-04 Cobras running around wingless as it was indeed a factory option to delete the spoiler, and they just look weird. You are correct however, it is personal opinion.

IMO the Saleen wing looks better in pictures. I borrowed one from a friend and mocked it up on my car. It looked like a park bench on my deck lid. They're just too damn big. I've said it before but if someone develops a termi-like ducktail that covers the factory holes, they'll sell like crack.
