Numbers are in. It made 440wh and 400wtq on 11 pounds of boost ( @Eagle2000GT you were right on the money with the boost numbers!!). Runs good!

16 degrees of timing, 11.5:1 AFR, 70% duty cycle on the pump. Very pleased!

Yeah I am very pleased with how it came out. This D1 shines in the upper RPMs.

Yeah...I'm sure that's true. I have a 4.6 and 5.4 block sitting around...just need rods and pistons

Yeah I thought so too. It was a cool day so that helped. Once it gets warmer it will lose some power but overall very good numbers for the setup. The D1 is very good blower. Tuner says it will pull up to 3 degrees based on IATs and the AFR was flat 11.5:1 the whole way. I'm anxiously waiting for the weather to improve. I'm ready to surprise the arrogant coyote owners around my area.

Yes, dumped Super 44s. Actually not as loud inside the car as I was expecting. MAC LT, BBK H, Dumpers 44s.

I dumped mine after taking a good look at the way mine were welded in by the previous owner. After the dump my drone is almost non existent with the original 40 series. I think it all has to do with exhaust tip design. Mine are a straight shot with about a 30 degree cut end. The welded mufflers with stock tailpipes droned incredibly bad at around 2700 RPM.

What pump and injectors did you end up with? I maxed my Division X 340 out with 42lb green tops @ 448-410. Started to lean out at around 6200

My drone is gone too. Itís loud but not droney which is bearable.

I have a walbro tu229hp-2 which Iíve seen is either 255 or 290 and a vortech boost a pump. 60lb Siemens Deka injectors. Iím only at 70% duty cycle on the pump at 6300.

I wouldnt mind a nice loud jet sound. My brother had a very loud BOV on his 2013 ST, that was pretty cool.
What is the filter on the BOV for? it will be closed until air is forced out of it.
Some people are afraid of dirt or dust getting in there and messing up the maf meter or even the engine. I have been running the big red open for over five years now and had zero issues.
