Any Ideas on Brake light?

I had a guy pull up beside me yesterday and say my brake lights weren't working. I got home and started looking at it. I have to press the pedal to the floor for the lights to work. Any ideas would be great lol other than that i've been enjoying her and have crazy plans for the winter months

There is a switch that is near the pedal. I would start with that.

it was the switch it kinda pivots from the top like a pendulum not that loose but you get the idea. I zip tied it to the pedal flush with the metal part. I'll look to the replacement of it soon
