Key will not turn
So yesterday I go in the store and when I come back and try to start my car the key won't go in all the way. It goes in like 80% of the way. I jiggle it a little bit and put a bit more force into it and after 20 seconds or so it goes in all the way. On a scale from 1-10 I'd say I used a 4 as far as how much force I put into it. Then I go to start the car and the key won't turn forwards or backwards. I turned the wheel until it locked. Still nothing. Ended up calling a tow truck. While waiting for it to arrive I put a lot of force into rattling the wheel back and forth while trying to turn the key. It won't budge. I looked up online and see some people mention the ignition lock cylinder. Does that sound about right to you guys? If so, what's a fair price on a job like that? Thanks for any help in advance.
