I'll answer this for you since I dont believe others will cuz, no offense, a quick search will grant you all the information you need.
The quickest and easiest, imo, would be to slap a supercharger kit in, tune it, and call it a day You dont have to change anything else thats too drastic. However, I say 'too drastic' loosely because for someone who works on cars all the time or are super familiar with our cars, supercharging/turbocharging is not really such a big deal. Again, thats not for all, only some.
Adding a turbo for our cars (any car that doesnt already have one i guess) is a little bit more involved and if youre asking this type of question, im going to guess it would be too involved at your 'level'. If it's not too involved for you, its too much information to drop in on a quick reply.
My best advice for you is research, research, then research some more. The interwebz has a TON of information out there but again, research is key because not all the information out there is valid/good.
