This is kind of an old thread but what the hell.
This is my old truck- I had this when I bought my Mustang, but then got a job with a 35 mile commute and it was not anywhere near economical to make that drive in the winter (12-13 mpg on at-the-time $3 a gallon diesel), so I had to sell it. Otherwise I would have kept it because I really miss this thing.
So, it was a 1994 F250 with the IDI turbo diesel. For those that don't know, the IDI was Ford's old mechanical diesel (no computers or electronics of any sort), and this was the last year of the IDI. They were actually selling the IDI and the powerstroke in trucks at the same time for most of 1994 IIRC.
Anyway, this truck was a 5 speed, manual t-case, manual hubs. I did a fabricated 4" CAI, turned up the fuel, 3" downpipe, 4" exhaust, boost & pyro on the pillar, electric fuel pump. Didn't have a whole lot else done except some dress-up stuff and 285/75R16 tires.
Some guy flew all the way down from Boston to buy it and drove it back there, that was 5 years ago. I sometimes wonder if it's still on the road or if it's been eaten up by rust at this point.
