handheld tuner taking forever

I am trying to get my tunes from my computer to my handheld. I have been sitting here, since around 10, waiting on this tune to load to the handheld. Is this common? and its only about 1/4th done.

I am getting sick of waiting on this...is this normal?

FORDY9ER,

To transfer tunes from your computer to your device usually takes about 2-5 minutes. Whens the last time you did an update? It sounds like you're a few updates behind, hop on SCTs website and see what the latest software is and you should be good to go from there!

Let me know if we can be of any assistance! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

Thanks Dan! I did end up figuring it out this morning! I was a few updates shy of being up to date lol. It idles high though. I'll see if that goes away after it warns up
