Cool looking Idea,

What are the details?

Front end is what kind? Top chopped how much?
What kind of rear end are you using? How are you going to do the the windshield.

front end is all stock suspension with a modified shockwave bag and a modified four bar air link kit out back nine inch rear end 5 speed trans 4.6 three valve twin turbo motor. Top is chopped 2 1/2 with the rear window layed back to keep it the stock size. custom made trunk and endcaps all molded in to the bumper and valance. the hood is a stock gt hood that will be extended a inch to use it with the eleanor front end which will be modified to make it look more like a stock gt500 front end ( shaving all the extra lights besides headlights ofcourse) firewall has been completely smoothed(master and booster going under dash 90 degree kit)... and it goes on and on shaved cowl shaved handles and locks shaved wipers shaved markers. custom fabbed side scoops

Kinda like the rendering i had done but straying away from a few things to clean it up

Thats actually just a roof section from another 68 coupe to make for less work on the roof center it probably has a 1/2 more crown than stock but is 1 1/2in wider and 3 1/2 longer than a stock roof from the chop

I think it is going to look great... I was wondering how you was going fix the windshield to fit. here is the front end we used of our 4.6 swap.

You will think you are driving a new Stang! With all the stuff is comes with is a savings over just buying rack & pinion, Disc brakes, front suspension, & adj Coil over or air shocks.

The kit comes with:

-Frame reinforcing plates

- Steel inner fender panels

-Jig welded crossmember

-Upper a-arm and shock mounting tower

-Urethane bushed upper and lower tubular a-arms

-Kick ass Urethane bushed Motor mounts for a 289,302,351 or 4.6 & 5.4 Mod motor

-Total Cost Involved Custom IFS dropped spindles

- Bolt-on steering arms for correct turning radius and ackerman

-Standard Power rack & pinion

-TCI All American coilover shocks with adjustable spring tension and black powder coated springs

-Eleven inch vented smooth rotors

-Detailed instuctions showing how to remove old suspension and install the new TCI unit

Just look at all the room it gives you....

yes i did the chop. its 2 1/2 chop the roof was completely removed then cut into fours each corner was placed back where it goes and a filler roof was used to fill the center back in. Thats the short version but basically lots and lots of work and fabricating

If you could, I would like to see that set up... The booster and master is the big pain for room on our 5.4 build. I like to see your take on it.
