Sorry but telling someone to eat junk like that is the most ridiculous and WRECKLESS advice I've seen short of using steroids or other untested "enhancers".

Eat healthy stuff and eat a lot of it. Get in the gym and work out. LOTS of protein.

You may never be huge - but you can built muscle if you work on it.

I hate to say it but UnlicensedtoDrive is right. If a scrawny 15 yo kid from Texas can do it - I'm quite sure you can.

And I SERIOUSLY doubt his Mom let's him get 4 breakfast sandwiches from McD's every morning.

I'm not a health nut... i just eat what i want and workout and i gain weight through that. you just gotta work out and stick with it. No "i don't feel like it today" things. Once you take that day off you'll think its okay and will stop. Just make it up in your mind that you have to do this and get determined. It won't happen over night but once you start seeing those results you'll get addicted. I promise.


If its got titts or tires, it's gonna give you problems.

The Governator's workout is pretty damn hard if you wanna try that. Its good for bulking.

I'm doing this workout and is a middle way for building mass but also keeping tone.

Good advice Mamastang, and you're right about the McDonald's thing, I rarely eat junk food. Even if I were allowed to eat it anytime I wanted, I still wouldn't because I know it's bad for me and full of unhealthy ingredients that can lead to health problems later in life if consumed regularly.

I'm telling him how to do it. You can also drink a gallon of milk a day and see results. Been there done that. Ectomorphs aren't going to be fat slobs by packing on a few pounds. You're sticking to the muscle building side of things, talking about building lean muscle, cutting diets, etc. He doesn't even eat consitently yet, you think he's ready to worry about a cutting diet? I never said 'eat like this and you're going to gain 20lbs of muscle.' But for some reason you keep arguing that that's what I was insinuating. I'm not denying he won't gain muscle mass by doing the quote I posted, I completely agree with you that he won't see an ounce of muscle from it He asked a question, I answered it. If he asked "how do i gain 20lbs of lean muscle" that'd be different and the advice would be different.

you have to use meal supplement bars for snacks. If you eat junk food, your body will convert that into fat, and when your metabolism slows down, u are fucked. U have to eat AT NIGHT. Like I said in my first post, drink abb xxl extreme at 1030 at night and then again at 4am in the morning i started this about 2 years ago I went from 185 to 210 and ive been holding 210 ever since. Whey protein is good but you'll get ample results unless the calories are over 1200 in the shake. And you must consume at least 4500 cals a day. and good cals. Not mcdonalds or bullshit. If you are going to eat fast food, eat grilled sandwhiches. The fat is less.
