I know once you "verify" your card and info there becomes an option to do an "instant transfer". I use it all the time.

Everyone is correct. All you can do is wait this time. The future transactions should go faster.

How do I send an Instant Transfer using my U.S. bank account?

When you send an Instant Transfer, money is securely transferred from your U.S. bank account to your recipient’s PayPal account. The recipient doesn’t see your bank information.

To make an Instant Transfer, you must add a backup payment method to your PayPal account. We’ll use your backup payment method if your Instant Transfer doesn’t go through.

Here's how to send an Instant Transfer using your U.S. bank account:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Send Money near the top of the page.
Enter the email address or mobile phone number of your recipient.
Enter the amount you want to send, and then click Continue.
Click Change under Payment Method on the Send Money page.
Select Instant Transfer and click Continue.
Review your information and click Send Money.

Unfortunately its too late since you already started teh one thing. Unless you cancel the first transfer.

When I set my account up I just used my Debit card as the back-up source. So either way it'd come out of my bank.

Once set-up, then when you buy something online thru Ebay or whatever it'll go to paypal and then you can select a few option, one of which will be "instant transfer"

well it was all set up but i got a new card in the mail not to long ago, and didnt even think to update my paypal since i dont use it that much.

i figure there is going to be some consequence to canceling a payment so im just going to wait it out i guess
