lol. I need to find someone with a band saw or simmilar. I need to shave 3/4" off of the foam bumper support since I am spacing the metal bumper out 3/4" to allow the intercooler to fit perfectly between the rad and metal bumper

or maybe i will just clamp it to a table and give it a go with my circular saw.

I was going to say, you could always just mount it and use a hack saw.

You do work at a home improvement store right? Just happen to accidentally open up a bandsaw and use that

yeah i think i will just do that. How do people typically remount the foam support? doesnt look like its going on the same way it came off since i kind of broke the little metal fastners that dont look re useable. I was just thinking heavy duty zip ties, like the ones the police use to cuff people. lol

Heavy duty zip ties or metal roofing bolts with the built in washer/grommet.

Like this but longer:

Folks, need some advice.

My installer says the flanges on my flowtech LT headers "must be bent" but he never checked them. I have a chance to buy BBK LT headers and catless H pipe used for ~$400. Should I remove the flowtechs and have them decked or would I be better off starting from scratch and buying the BBK setup and reinstalling them?

For Sale
Fits 99-04
FRPP 3.73s, SR lowering springs, SR caster/camber plates

I'd buy the BBK's and sell the flowtechs unless they are royally F'd.
