It finally moves when I step on the gas now. It's been so long since I've ran these tires that I forgot how well they work.

I tell the truth. Deal with it.

Sho'nuff. Got tired of the BFGs. They look good, but they sure are useless.

Okay, so here's why Im confused:
Park close to lock door. Get out of car. Walk short distance to locked door. Find door is locked.
Walk short distance back to car. Park car around front, close to main doors. Walk short distance to main doors.

So Im just confused as to what the big deal was.

I hate it when I read a long ass build thread and I'm really eager to see results and it just ends with "Well I sold the car" or in the case of the one I just finished "Well I just changed directions entirely even though I was almost fucking done" <- and then never updated his thread again.

If by mental you mean "it's at least a functioning car in my mind" then yes.

On that note my fabrication supplies are supposed to be in today so I can get back down to business. Just need to pick up some filler rod this evening, then spend a week or two welding shit that should have been done right the first time.

I'm ballparking 2 weeks total to cut off the incorrect bolt pattern, weld on new barstock to both sides of the flange, and then drill it to the correct bolt pattern. It won't be pretty, but at least it will be right.

I think the big deal was that he had to walk a whole extra minute, maybe two, to get to his car.....
But that wouldn't have happened if the people closing the auto center had just wandered around the whole store looking for him to let him know that they would lock it.
Or they could have called him over the announcer. That would've worked and been much more convenient for everyone.
You should ask them to do that next time dude.
