91 GT restoration (Lots of pics)

Ok so this baby I picked up from my aunt years back and is the only car I've ever owned more than 1.5 years. I put it through quite a few of abuse and then set her in the back of my parents yard to rot.

Until the day my mother complained and said it will never get running again and I should sell it. Well it lit a fire under my ass to get this thing more beautiful than it ever was. Here has been the work so far.

Engine has been rebuilt with a .030 bore, Trick flow couble roller timing chain, meiling high flow oil pump and rebuilt stock heads for the time being.

Poor thing

Begining

Dont say you cant do this in a yard filled of dirt because I did. You just end up cleaning more than you ever want.

Sorry guys I like to be a dork

GF's dog wanting to get in on the action

Paint time

Collecting dust

Motor 302 bored .030" over

I think I spent around 110 hours total for all of it including paint.

Thanks I rarely see a white block and heads so I decided to go for it and I am excited about the outcome.

Ive been slacking as its been hot as crap outside lately. Slowly getting things here and there as well as installing the interior at the same time. Hopefully tonight I can get an extra hand on getting the dash in. New wheel bearings and brakes this weekend. Sticking with the 4 lug set up for now as funds are low. Then its time to get into all the hoses and check for bad ones. Hoping for an engine install this week or the next.

Should have a slew of pics coming again soon!
