Coffee table talk

I always think its interesting the stuff people keep on their coffee tables (in their day to day life not after cleaning up for company ).

What's ussually on your coffee table regularly?

Mine always includes:
-Bottle of water
-backpacking/climbing/mountain biking trail books
-assortment of remotes
-can of dip
-glasses
-iPhone
-iPad
-GQ/Playboy magazine

Funny enough there is a screw driver and a roll of electrical tape more often than not.

My coffee table is pretty bare. There's usually a few decorative candles, remotes, cup holders, and tablet.

haha right now..

an empty bowl that once contained macaroni and cheese from trader joes, an empty tupperware container that once housed my trail mix.. a roll of masking tape, scissors, a logitech remote, a PS3 controller, Xbox controller, a computer mouse for the media center, a few blank pieces of paper and a pencil.

If I am expecting company, then the only thing I put on there is some candles.

1ff.. Can totally tell you're a bachelor by seeing your furniture. haha.

I don't have a coffee table either. Atleast my parents don't. I personally love coffee tables.

I dont have a coffee table anymore :/ But it use to have remotes, photo albums, few various magazines and the mail. It was always funny to see people's reactions to multiple remotes when there was no TV.

It's the entertainment center around the TV. When you're a single guy all it has is a TV and electronics, like shown (and how it should be). When you're no longer single, you end up with all sorts of useless shit around the TV.....like so:

It was the large black entertainment center thing that gave it away, lol.

I just asked le girlfriend which she prefered and she liked 1ffs living room better than Sonics...she said the white entertainment center with all the crap on it looked like something an old lady would have.

edit: as for my table...I usually have my macbook, the xbox controller, my ecig, my phone, my headphones, my keys, my wallet, and whatever I happen to be drinking at the time. Gf has her crocheting stuff and her laptop, headphones, her two phones, her drink, and Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk.

That's how the living room army house in Indiana was. This is a studio condo with a loft above it (kitchen, dinning room, living room, laundry room, ect are all the same room) so I had to go with slimmer furniture so the place didn't look too small but at the same time have 40ft ceilings so I still needed a bit of size (hence the entertainment stand choice).
