What's Everyone Drinkin' Tonight?

I'm have a lame Friday night to myself. Gf is gone, friends are all who the fuck knows where, so I'm just hanging out here. I decided to try a Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA. Thing is pretty strong @ 9.0% abv. I'm used to like 5% abv beers.

What are you all drinkin?

I'm burnin through the Genesee cream ale I got in the fridge. The worry about my friend isn't helping me slow down either. I might crack the bourben soon if he don't show up or get hold of anyone.

You could not drink and go down the road he should be taking to get there and look for him. He could've broken down and with all the driving his phone could be dead.
Blaming him for your drinking tonight is stupid and selfish.

Im not blaming him for my drinking. Im just saying the worry makes me stressed. And the stress makes me want another beer.
And considering my current level of intoxication and the fact that he was last in between Binghamton and syracus when I last heard from him, and the fact that the through way runs from Canada to syracus then on to Albany it's like finding a needle in a haystack. I'd love to try and go find him but at this moment, the best course of action is to stay put and hope his phone died and he missed the exit or pulled off in a rest stop for a nap.
I bet he will get a hold of me sometime tomorrow when his phone rebounds, or I'll get a call from bourder patrol asking about a wierd guy at the Canadian border.

I really hate hard root beer. The first sip is good, then it starts to taste like dust to me..fucking weird.

There would be no way I could drink an entire pint of it. But a little sample glass was perfect.
