This sounds stupid. But does anyone else really like that others can't tell if you're staring at them with tinted windows ? Lol

20% sides, 30% windshield. I love the windshield tint a lot, it is a good time. People have also told me even during the day they can't see me in the car when driving towards me, which is neat. It is probably one of my favorite things I have done to the car so far, honestly.

OP, that truck looks sick as fuck. I've been eyeing a few 6.0's around me for a daily, and you're swinging me closer and closer haha.

That shows the 20% sides, with the window down, and the 30% front. That was at about 2 or 3pm on an overcast day.

Are you not worried about the common problems with the 6.0? I am just iffy because of the issues they 'seem' to have, you know?

A lot of people do not realize how nice it is to drive a tinted vehicle versus not.

It helps so much during the day and even at night with headlights reducing glare.

I personally have my truck tinted 5% all around with 30% on the windshield and a brow. Im thinking about doing a lower brow as well. My truck is this dark for advertisement purposes.

Whats your guys' thoughts?

Heres my truck for reference.

Growing up in Texas, I do appreciate window tint. It's both functional and looks good. That said, I don't like it super dark, just enough to give some shade.

I have 15% on my front two, and 5% on my rears, and I love it. Haven't tinted my SHO yet, but with the backup camera I really really want to go 5% all around.

I'm not a big fan of when the front 2 windows are a different shade from the rest of the car

My buddy took a picture of my SHO next to his 350Z for this same reason. It makes his car look like a little toy car.

As far as the 15% front and 5% rear, in that angle it does look odd but in most perspectives it blends relatively well, and gives a little more visibility for the mirrors.

As far the size difference, the Taurus is pretty damn big. Its also a bit fat at 4226 lbs. But it handles pretty nice, its so comfy, and the go pedal does just that. In that picture you have to keep in mind the mustang is lowered and on 17's vs. stock height and on 20's but it is a pretty decent difference. The length difference is very noticeable as well.

always wanted to get my windshield tinted but heard that if you hit anything it will make you look worse and blame everything on the tint

I've tinted several houses and buildings. Saves a bunch in the summer months on air conditioning bills, and with using the right film, can be hardly noticeable.

Also, it saves on furniture, wood floors, and anything else inside the house from discoloration

It's funny, a lot of cars today are getting bigger in general. My focus is huge compared to the mk1 focus and new edges are smaller too. Was kinda surprised when I parked next to my buddies V6.
