So I forgot my Garmin was running when I crashed my bicycle and looked at the data today and I was apparently going way faster when I laid it down than I originally thought:

Yeah, I'm lucky I just slid on the asphalt and didn't like smash into a tree or something. Also, apparently my bones are indestructible, so that's pretty neato.

Luckily my stop was spread out across 30 feet or so.

You literally just vaporize like the Delorean at 88 mph.

I mean I laid it down as opposed to running into something. Figure if motorcyclists can walk away from laying a motorcycle down at like 80 mph, it's not that crazy. The crazy part is that I was stupid enough to not realize that there might still be ice at that spot (even at 40F) and maybe it's not a good idea to ride like it's the middle of Spring.

Yeah.

I just got back from the precheck thing.

It takes 5-7 days to be approved or denied for the precheck.

Also, their generator was down for like an hour this morning so they were backed up with appointments but they were busting their asses to get everyone taken care of. You really see peoples true colors when they need to wait an extra 30 minutes. People are fucking dick bags.

They run their facility off of a generator? WTF? Did the office look like this?

It was a decent sized bus with offices inside lol.

They ended up just using the engine for power.

Out here, there were like 15 locations but that one was literally 3 miles away so I went for it. My gf is going to try to get it done at a place that's like 5 miles from her work, it saves us driving 45 minutes out to the airport to do it there.
