fuuuuuuuuck that's a tough one

Paperwork all signed and financing set up for the NoBo 16.5 trailer this morning. Will pick it up Thursday.

Fucking hate financing departments. It's especially bad because I know before I even purchase something that I'm going to turn down extended warranties, etc but I'm too fucking awkward to just tell them up front so I let them waste their time with the entire spiel only for me to say two seconds after they finish "we'll just stick with the factory warranty" where they then of course go on to tell me why it's a bad idea or ask me why. Pretty annoying but whatever.

I suppose I shouldn't feel bad since they're the ones being misleading in order to get the kickback. But it's always so damn awkward and I hate it since I'm not one to be a dick to someone in person when they're just doing their job.

Yay for 180 month financing!

Hopefully gonna throw as much money at this thing up front as possible but then again, if the economy finally tanks and we lose our jobs, at least we can just move out of our apartment and live in a trailer tax-free...

I'm guessing a torque converter shouldn't sound like a jar full of change when you shake it.

Look at this fool living in 2009 using the man's currency instead of paying for everything in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin: It's not just for drugs and human trafficking anymore. I mean, it's still for those, but you can use it for other things, too.

We were supposed to have a showing on Saturday but they never showed up. No idea why.

Called the realtor and she said the lady looking is still very interested.

I want this place to sell soon. I'm tired of cleaning my sink every time I use it or sweeping the kitchen every day.

So I went to the Public Storage yesterday to check in for storing the trailer there.

Yeah, after looking around and checking out the area, no way can I store it at that place. It'll get broken into within 5 minutes of me dropping it off.

My coworker is going to let me store it on his property about an hour away until I find something else available. The only places that are dedicated RV/boat storage are $150-$200/month. Fucking hell.

This is part of the problem with cities. You gain convenience and then also lose some of it. Depends on the type of person you are I suppose.

Even with my trailer it's a solid 20 minute drive but I store it at my brother in laws house, so it's free.

For the price of putting it in a storage lot, for an extra $150 per month I can rent a hanger and have extra security, and all the extra storage I could want. Which may actually have to happen in the future.

Also, just got a text, have a showing at 4pm today. I hope it works out this time.

give and take

it sucks, but I ain't moving away from my 15 minute bicycle commute just so I can own property big enough to store a 20 foot trailer, especially when we'd have to move to Idaho before even seeing a mortgage payment as cheap as our rent right now.

Sure as fuck don't have enough liquid cash for down payment right now anyway (and never will in Seattle proper).

Here's something else for you to waste some money on in your neighborhood-

https://wenatchee.craigslist.org/pts...935944358.html

I have a 1974 Monte Carlo rat rod for sale. The interior is factory and complete. The engine is a rebuilt 60 over 350 4 bolt main with vortex center bolt heads it has 300 miles on it. The transmission is a turbo 350 that is newly rebuilt. Shifts solid, every thing inside is new. It has 4 turbos on it. Yes quad turboed draw threw set up. The carburetor is a Cliff Ruggles build and is capable of supporting 600hp. Yes it runs, yes it sounds good.
No its not loud, no I don't know the exact hp ( I don't own a dino) I'm asking $7,000.00 for it I will take offers and possibly trades. I guarantee you will have the only one of these and it does turn heads and get alot of attention.
