Then sell your car and get a V6.
The V6 and even 5.0 sections are completely dead though, it's weird to see. There used to be a huge group of diehard foxbody guys, and the up and comers in the V6 section. Now you have a handful of new edge, S197, and S550 people, that's about it.
And don't even get me started on the 2.3 section. Tumbleweeds. Which is sad, because where the hell else am I supposed to get 2.3 info?
Facebook and places like that are just awful for tech info, and they seem to attract a much different crowd. Forums usually have a number of very tech oriented people, often very specialized on certain subjects, with how-to posts and all kinds of useful information. You go on other media and it's either the "ZOMG my Coyote with boltons is the fastest thing ever made, and here's some stupid Coyote vs. LS memes" crowd, or the "The Miata is the greatest car ever made, if you don't drive manual, kill yourself." crowd of teenagers that haven't ever actually driven, but have read every Jalopnik post ever. Sometimes you get someone with some semblance of tech knowledge, but usually they're cocky and only about half right.
I'm just waiting for the season premiere of "Ow, my balls!" Although I'm pretty sure that's already here in the form of the show "Ridiculousness." "Haha, oh man, that guy is totally paralyzed now! That's so funny!"
