Waterproof 3 Way Switch (12v)

I'm looking for a waterproof 3 Way Switch (12v) for my bilge pump on my jet ski.

I have found a few bilge pump 'switch plates' which I bought two different ones. However I'm really looking for something that is just simply a single switch that has good waterproofing. I can add my own in line fuse, no problem.

Anyone have a source on something?

Most of these plates like that are just "waterproof" from the top side and the bottom is completely unprotected. It makes no sense to me. I use my RXP in the salt water so trying to find the best thing but either way going to end up dipping it all in liquid electrical tape.

The guys that work on our pond pumps use some type of epoxy after they make the electrical connections. Might find some of that and take the switch for a dip then cover it with little rubber nipple cover
