How was the aux fuel kit? Good quality? I'm making just over 650whp since the cam on pump and I need to either do this aux kit or go with a fore system to run e85.

My friend is making more hp than you and has run the DSX Caddy setup on stock CTSV Pump no issues.

If you run the DSX Flex sensor, youíll need injector to go with the pump.

I think he went from ID850ís to ID1050ís to run e85.

I've already got 1050's so that's no issue. My end goal is 800whp boost only. Just don't want to have this aux pump fail on me down in Mexico.

3.9Ē pulley it made 723rwhp @ 12psi on 93 pump has with timing dialed way back to 13 degrees peak.

Shop said e85 will be around 800rwhp.

I did the same thing about a year ago. Went from an 01 Bullitt to a 2016 Challenger R/T Plus Blacktop Edition. Challenger runs circles around the Bullitt.

He said I was going to run out of injector.

Went to ID1300's for overkill so I can stop buying expensive injectors.

Itís still a stock bottom end L99.

I asked my tuner how much HP the stock bottom ends could take and he told me 1,000.

Itís more or less all in the tune if they can take it or not.

Any detonation on boost and itís not going to live.

You might survive some lite detonation with a forged short block, but no engine will take sustained detonation for long under a lot of boost.

I watch my AFR wide bands like a hawk and I listen for any cutout or breaking up in the exhaust as well as feeling power loss.

Any of that and I will lift quick!

Trans is not happy with the new power.

It started slipping at WOT.

I knew the 6L80 would be on borrowed time, but had no idea it would die this quick!

I'm hunting for a built 6L90 now and will go custom length drive shaft.

Looking at a new multi disc/billet converter too.

Converter is everything. It’s the most important piece that you can buy in the whole combination.






It still won’t keep it from sounding like a fart in a megaphone though, or any of the other issues that come with owning a poorly built plastic machine.

Got a Stage 2 Tim King / TK Performance built Cadillac CTSV 6L90E that is 1,000hp capable.

A custom Driveshaft Shop 3.5Ē Aluminum 1 piece DS.

Circle D 3400 Pro III Billet multi disc converter.

BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop Black Hammertone

Should be a nice setup that will hold power and last if I can find a good trans tuner.

Working on getting larger trans cooler, trans mount, and trans cross member.

Got my Tim King @ TK Performance Stage II 1,000 HP built 6L90 along with the Circle D LS Series Pro Billet Triple Disc 3200-3400 stall.























Can’t tell much by the outside of the trans, but there it is.

Changed it up a bit...

Oil cooler with fans showed up...

It’s 4.5” thick with the fans vs 2” without. So I’ll need some spacers to go with the mounting brackets to make it work.



Oil cooler thermostat







Fan wiring harness:


I have a cooler 1/8 NPT fan sending unit coming (160F-180F).


All the fittings I have so far. Still have a few shipping to me...



Real main seal and rear main cover gasket.




New valve cover gaskets. Only need to replace one side, so I’ll have a spare leftover.




A case of Dexron VI.

Picked up some front CTSV 6 piston Brembo brake calipers.

Going to do the vented Corvette pistons....

Thinking I will powder coat them...

Not sure on color yet.
