Arrow Ford Mustang Fog Light LED Bulbs! Plug & Play Install! See Pics! USA Made SLF!

Ford Mustang Fog Light LED Bulbs

Diode Dynamics carries LED bulbs for replacement of your Ford Mustang's fog lights in all major sizes. They are available in HP, XP, and SLF models. This will make your Mustang's fog lights a nice bright white, to match OEM-equipped HIDs! Just simple plug and play, replace the bulb and you are good to go!

Diode Dynamics offers the brightest, highest-quality bulbs on the market. These LED bulbs are designed by our engineering team here in St. Louis, and every bulb carries with it a three-year limited warranty.

We also offer several bulb models:
  • HP48: Slightly lower brightness than OEM bulbs, but still provides the crisp white, modern color of LEDs.
  • XP80: Considerably brighter than OEM. Will provide usable light output
  • SLF: Brightest Option! Street Legal Output! Will provide more usable light output than stock! USA Made!

These bulbs are made up of a quality plastic connector to slide right into the plug, as well as high durability terminals. A load resistor is embedded to prevent blowing the LEDs from voltage surge, and a diode is implanted to protect the LEDs from reverse polarity. The LED is wired for 12V operation, the kind found on all vehicles.

Included in your order is TWO BULBS (to fit your Ford Mustang).

Diode Dynamics' products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 3-year limited warranty.

What's the difference between LED and HID? Is LED going to be brighter than HID? I'm wondering for my fog lights, and also, your stage two turn signals, how bright are those compared to stage 1?

HID is always going to be brighter than LED. LED is primarily just an easy swap for if you want a better appearance, cosmetically. Not going to project a whole lot of light.

The stage 2 are considerably brighter than stage 1. We should have some good comparisons on a Mustang soon, right now we just have a couple on other vehicles.

Thanks,
Nick C

Do let me know when you get mustang pictures up. I'd like to see the differences I love running my parking lights with my fogs, but you can barely see the parking lights. I don't need something blinding, just something that shows their presence.

Our HID kits are 35 watt, which is plenty bright, but isn't going to blind other drivers.

I'll work on getting more pictures up

Somewhat silly question - will HID's for foglights harm any of my vehicle components? I did this in my European car and it fried my light module (after 2 years).

We recommend using an HID relay to protect your factory wiring. I've had our HIDs on my 2007 GT for over a year now with no issues at all, but the relay attaches directly to the battery rather than utilizing the factory wiring.

LEDs are simply a bulb replacement and also will not create any additional risks.

If you would like to learn a little more about lighting technology, I suggest visiting our new research section: Research

I wouldn't want the LED's. I prefer something with more function.

LED turn signals? yellow? for the sn95 lamps

edit: searched your website and found them.
http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/l...leds-pair.html

On a side note, when searching by model, you can find the v6, GT, gt500, CS, but no option for cobras. I have the cobra bumper, which fog light HID or LED would I look at?

When will we see the RGB LED set back in stock? Don't feel like screwing with another set of HID's for my fogs when I've got a retrofit coming soonish

Also hoping that the cheap chinacrap DDM HID kit didn't fry my wiring. Used a relay so hoping it's just the components.

They should be back in stock IIRC

Also, good call on using a relay, that's the best way to prevent damage to your factory wiring
