Best way to clean bad paintjob on wheels?

Whoever had the car before me, made it a pain in my ass and did this job horribly, the wheels are starting to flake, so I just want to strip all of them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Aircraft remover, they have it at AutoZone or advsnced auto. I used it to remove my crap paint job on my Camry wheels. Apply it with a brush and let it sit for about 30 minutes, go back and scrape off with a scraper, rinse and repeat if necessary. Aircraft remover is EXTREMELY TOXIC use gloves and a mask, cover all your skin.

I was planning on it actually, I have a few gallons from an old project that never saw it.

I'm not entirely sure, but I would assume it has clearcoat.

Honest answer? Plasti dip. The money and time is just not worth stripping that paint off. I say dip over it to save time and money.
