Lambo Gallardo wearing Modesta BC-05

Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 - Paint Correction / Xpel Ultimate / Modesta Glass Coating - BC-05

Long time customer brings us one of his bucket list cars. We were honored to get the call from our customer enlisting us to take care of his new to him Gallardo. Our customer had specifics that we needed to attend to on his new pride and joy.

First on his list was a full paint correction and proper preparation for Modesta Glass Coating, a coating he felt was right for the job. I completely agreed and we decided on Modesta BC-05 for that hard candy like look. Next was to make sure we could clean up the the already installed clear film. Replace the mirrors and add full rockers panels in Xpel Ultimate. After his wheels were repaired and free of curb rash from the previous owner we were able to coat the wheels as well as take care of the brakes, wheel wells, and suspension bits and pieces.

Take a look at the clean up.

Here is a list of products used on the interior.

Is that stuff a bitch to put on?

I did some quick reading on it and it looks like it has killer durability.

Is it expensive?

Is that another one of those pro-only products?

My whole car is clear bra'd and already coated

That might be my next upgrade - an LP560 or a Huracan.

Phil (if it is Phil lol), how is the Xpel Ultimate? I'm trying to figure out what clear bra to go with. Seems like Suntek is one of the best from my research but unfortunately there aren't any installers locally.

So I was looking at going with the Xpel Ultimate. How much experience do you guys have with them? Seems like a lot of people say you need to remove them every 5 years, so it's almost like what's the point in having a 10 year warranty? Seems like everyone says the Xpel Ultimate looks better than any of the 3M films? Agree or disagree?
