Shaker 500 antenna adaptor?

Hey so I just bought an 06 GT with the shaker 500, and I'm curious if I need to buy an antenna adaptor for an aftermarket head unit?

I'm pretty sure to install an aftermarket head unit into the shaker 500 or 1000 you have to buy a wiring harness. Talk to Crutchfield, they will have what you need.

Thanks for the info!

I ordered a new Boss BV755B from Crutchfield and started to install it today. It came with the wiring harness adapters and Metra dash kit I needed for installation but did not include an antenna adapter. The Shaker 500 antenna cable connects on drivers right whereas the aftermarket Boss unit connects on drivers left and there isn't any extra cable length to makeup the difference.

Surprisingly, Crutchfield tech line was no help and knew of no solution.
