I found the instructions on the packaging...which was a while back so I can't remember... I do like the gaskets. The paper ones that came with my headers leaked almost immediately.

Percy Seal-4-Good FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used them with my Full exhaust install and no leaks whatsoever. I wouldn't use anything else from now on.
