jat June 13th, 2007 01:15 AM

lol wow i think i started a buzz for the turbos here!!! way to pass the info on dblindberg..

Ensit Mike June 13th, 2007 01:41 AM

haha no ive been pro turbo for a while. Just havnt reasearched powerhouse yet. I really wish hellion would make a twin turbo setup though!

So Jat thanks for telling me about them and thanks to dblind for the website and opinion.

Time for me to read up.

Dblind, i forgot i have looked into the THP kit. It sounds great and I lvoe the way it looks too. Only thing that might stop me is its not an OE fit. What would I do with all of the stuff that gets in the way?

patshea098 June 13th, 2007 03:27 AM

what do you mean not a OE fit??

that THP kit is insane!!! they said the twin turbo kit makes 753 RWHP?!?!?! is that with JUST the twin turbo kit???!!!!

of course id rebuild my bottom end with that kit....how much would that cost??? cause i think im set on that kit when i get my 'stang

SEANMD81 June 14th, 2007 01:32 AM

hell w/the twin turbo i'm interested in that 88mm single turbo. that thing is gotta be a beast.

patshea098 June 14th, 2007 01:45 AM

yeah but think aobut the lag on a 88 MM turbo...it would take forever to spool up compared to those twin 57MM turbos= instant power.

SEANMD81 June 14th, 2007 06:20 AM

thats true, but hell if you had the right motor build up, it would be fun as hell once that thing kicked in full boost.

Drgnracin72 June 14th, 2007 06:25 AM

two 66mm turbos will make more power than a single 88mm turbo. and you'll get the power a lot sooner and make a lot more torque down low

I always heard people giving Twin Turbos a bad rep. The two guys i know with Supras went to the single turbo conversion and they are happier w/that but thats them. Now dont get me wrong i am a turbo guy all the way, so the more the better. I'm just going from what i heard
