Well like I said, depends how life goes and where I'm at financially. I'm getting to the point where I feel like having my own place is more important than a car lol. And it's not cheap by any means where I live. I'm lucky if I can find a decent sized house with a garage for under $350k.

Cars come and go, I never get attached to any (clearly lol) 4 years from now, I'll be able to buy a 2014 GT for probably $17k. So it doesn't really bother me. I just need the money.

Bought my 13 GT for 17k. I haven't ordered a CPR yet because I am buying a house. Going tomorrow to look and hopefully make an offer and close on one soon. House is a great idea, you can always buy another car.

Agreed that houses are always more important, but I'd just quit spending money on your car and start saving up. Sucks its so expensive for a small home. Much different here in GA even tho I think the prices are getting high here. My hoa is nearly 200 a month.

One good thing about where I live is the cost of living. I can build a NICE house for $150k, which is what I plan on doing. Along with a barn for the vehicles to live in.

Yeah it's silly expensive out here. I debated moving out to Michigan for work, simply because it's very affordable out there. A house out there that was going for $80k would of sold for $350k + in my area. Only downside was it was Michigan and not far from Detroit lol.

Move to the south man. 2k sq ft house on an acre of land around here can be had under $150k. Hell, a 2500 sq ft house on 50 acres of land can be had for less than that $350k house you're talking about as long as you're willing to live away from the city.

Your mortgage is literally cheaper than my mustang payments. I hate you. And I hate my life.

Put it this way, a standard 2 bedroom 1 bath town house or apartment or whatever around here will go for $1500 a month on the lowest. Average is closer to $17-1800.

Man I've been gone for a long time lol. Shaun I would hate to live where you're at lol. The cost of houses is insane.

A lot has happened since I've been gone. I finally ran my car in the 1/4 mile. My first pass ever was a 12.88 @ 110mph. I was happy with it and went for another run later into the night and was able to pull a 12.61 @ 114mph. I was perfectly content with this considering I only have a tune, and at the time LCAs and relo brackets. Car weighed in a 3650 with me in it.

I also lowered my car recently. I bought some BC coilovers and installed them along with BMR UCA and mount and BMR adjustable PHB. Car sits so much nicer now. Ride quality is a lot better than what I was expecting and I have the back lowered as much as it will go and the front is lowered as far as I can go without rubbing. I would post pictures but my internet is being slow as balls.

Fuck no. Still waiting on my downpipes and cold side piping. But I don't drive the car much anymore, and I haven't gotten any real launches on the drag pack since it's been on. I went out today to a spot and tried a few digs but the road is shitty and my car was allllllll over the road.

Finally got the car buttoned up. Robbie helped me out on some stuff I got stuck on, big thanks to him.

As I was finishing up the car, all I had to do was add coolant, I noticed something was wrong with the dip stick. Saw with my flashlight the tube it goes in fell out of the hold down. So I had to pull the valve cover and buy a new dipstick thingy. Sucks, but was able to bang it out pretty quick. Just taking the elbow off the roush blower was annoying as hell lol.

Then added the coolant and such, get ready to load the tune. Ignition on I can hear a real loud buzzing from the fuse box. It's the ECU relay. Great.... Go over all my connections and grounds and everything. Looked for an hour. I felt like stabbing myself in the throat at that point lol. Saw I bent 2 pins on the ecu. Took the ecu out, straightened. Plugged back in, and the buzzing sound went away thank christ.

Car started fine, idles great, everything sounds good.

The actual blower install was relatively easy. Sometimes I get retarded and can't read instructions lol. When I've been working on it too long and I'm getting tired, that's when I need to just walk away. If it wasn't for cutting a hole in the timing cover, most of the issues I had wouldn't have happened.

Thanks man! I'm gonna put the boss/CS fog lights in the bumper, then throw the bumper back on the car and wire up the Roush boost gauge. Then I can get AED some datalogs.
