Rim Size with 13.2" Brakes?

What size rims do you guys use with the 13.2" 2011-2012 Take Off Rotors? I didn't realize that they wouldn't fit with my stock rims. I don't even think that 18" rims will work with them either.

They work with my 18s. I have the 10th anniversary rims. 9" with 36mm offset.

I have the 18X9 Bullitt wheels from American Muscle, and they fit. Probably couldn't get a credit card between the brakes and rim, but it works great.
