Looking for some weight specs

So ive looked on google for the weight specs on a few suspension components, i found a few but i have a few i cant find.

Stock panhard bar
stock front a arms
stock front struts with springs
rear sway bar

anyone have those weight specs?

Just weighed my stock panhard and it was 7-8 lbs. Don't have the others.

front a-arm = 14 lbs

20mm oem rear sway bar (with downlinks and all mounting hardware) = 16 lbs

oem front strut/shock/upper strut mount = 21.5 lbs

cruise the vorshlag site, they have tons of weight info buried in their build threads...

2005 GT, N/A 302rwhp/317rwtq, 3500 lbs
12.095 @ 111.08, 1.576 60'

Here are some stock 05-09 GT parts that I've weighed:

Clutch & pressure plate 24lb
Flywheel 22lb
Front rotors (pair) 37lb
18" Bullitt wheel 25lb
255/45R18 tire 26lb
Rear lower control arms (pair) 14lb
Rear upper control arm 4lb
Crank pulley 10lb


2006 GT Deluxe - 5MT - 12.50 @ 109.61
314rwhp 330rwtq with basic bolt-ons

Those weights help as a reference for anyone who replaces them with aftermarket items and wants to know the weight difference.
