trap speed increase?

Just waiting for my tune to come in and the injectors.

Currently cars at 345whp
127200s
Pypes lts
X pipe
Axleback
C&l racer
373s

I just added
Gt500 tb
39lb injectors
E85
410s

Also added some suspension upgrades wont get into that right now full weight car was trapping 108mph with me weighing about 280lbs.

Im hoping to trap about 112mph with the 410s and the new mods ehat do you think? Possible?

Yup, possible.
I'm trapping at 108.6 with "only" 310rwhp despite my trap speed being constrained by the 6500rpm rev limiter, but then again I'm 110lb lighter than you and my car may also be a few lb lighter.

When I used to race on my 29" DR's my trap speed was like 118-119. Now that I'm using 28" cheaters my ET's are better, and consistent, but my trap speed has dropped to 116-117. So in other words my effective gear ratio got higher but my trap speed dropped. It all will depend on your set up; shape and size of your powerband, shift points, etc., But it does not automatically qualify you for higher trap speeds. Your ET should improve but that doesn't necessarily mean your going to be faster on the big end.

I got 110 with those cams and 93 gas full weight. Had Stock rubber on it and C&L CAI. Lower control arms, UDP, CMDP, LTs and O/R X pipe and 4:10s with the stock converter. It pulled hard at the top as those are what the cams were made for.

What have you run so far?

Its definitely doable. I trap 109-110 with a full weight car (just spare removed) with full bolt ons, 4.10s, stock cams and 275/60/15 Nittos. I do use sve 17" skinnies. That may have contributed to my traps since it sheds a little bit of weight.
