Yeah I was glad to run after a long hot summer of no track time. I was kinda surprised that I pulled that time and I guess I can attribute it to the new tires. I didn't even swap in my new plugs like I had planned. I was actually trying to take it easy because this has become my daily with my other car getting ready to go under the knife.

Pretty much what's listed. I have Lakewood shocks and struts now instead of the Vikings, and actually had my Bilstein struts up front for that run. I gotta find me a better drag strut though. Oh and the rear bar went to an
Extreme Anti-Roll Bar (BMR).

How does my previous best compare you think?
Actual time 12.65 @ 115.45mph
Race weight of 3980lbs, street tires and d/a of 2400 iirc. San Antonio Raceway on 9/19/15 @ 10:16pm

Corrected comes out to:

Density Altitude:

2400
feet above sea level

1/4 mile ET:

12.65
seconds

1/4 mile trap speed:

115.45
MPH

Correct ET and MPH

Stock and Mildly Modified Naturally Aspirated Engines
12.293 @ 118.879 MPH

Extensively Modified Naturally Aspirated Engines
12.415 @ 117.759 MPH

Extensively Modified Supercharged and Turbocharged Engines
12.517 @ 116.674 MPH

Only mods at the time was a CAI intake, LT headers into oem exhaust with Flowmaster Outlaw a/b and the base tune from SCT on my old X4 tuner. I was extremely shocked at the trap speed I got on that run. IRS + street tires + no prep = spin fest. My 60ft on this run was an abysmal 2.03.........wish I coulda gotten me a 1.7.....haha. Definitely not bad for a stick shift car that is a lard ass. I wish I coulda gotten a real tune to see what I could have picked up vs the basic SCT tune. One of these days...........I'll ride again.

2010 Camaro 2SS LS3/Brembo Victory Red/Black
SCT X4 base tune, Speed Engineering 1 7/8" LT's, CAI intake, Outlaw a/b
12.65 @ 115 as of 9/19/15

2009 GT Premium 5A BSM Rip 4/3/15
12.9 @ 106 best before loss

1.7 60'

Need to get that down to a 1.5 and put that thing in the 11.3's with the cooler weather coming.

I put my car away.

I only have 1 more track day this year and it's not until December. The track actually might get too cold. The track itself, not the air.

Your time is similar to mine now (5200-6500 DA) that I just use street tires, except that stellar 60' Damn... that's fantastic. I just can't launch with street tires... 2.0-2.1 60's and end up running 11.9-12 now most the time.

Yeah it's called Midnight Mayhem, racing doesn't start till 9:00 pm in the summer. I use Hoosier QTP's, 28x15x11.5. i was going to go with a 13.5" tire but I'm not sure it will fit without moving the shocks.
