Clutch issues

Hello everyone, I have an 03 mach 1. I am having a issue with my clutch. I just recently had it replaced. I also have an adjustable clutch cable and after market quadrant and a fire wall adjuster. What is happeing is that my clutch pedal engages the clutch at different points depending on the rpms. So at low rpms the clutch will engage when the pedal is close to the floor and at high rpms the clutch will engage when the pedal is further away from the floor. I dont know what to do and its killing me. Please help.
