06RedfireGT I've been taking GAT Nitraflex recently and like it a lot. It's decently priced and I get great pumps out of it, a good tingle and great focus. I have been using the orange flavor and it's tolerable.

dr.gonzo! Yeah my costco carries the fruit punch and taste like kool-aid to me. I hate most berries so the flavor you had probably would taste sour to me. My instructions said to start with one scoop. If you have a high tolerance then you can adjust.

ghunt C4 was one of the ones I tried that I didn't really like. A lot of that might have been the flavor, I got Blue Raspberry that I liked the first time I tried it and hated every other time. I do recall feeling the "Niacin rush" from that one, I dunno maybe I could give it another try.

Part of the problem I have with a lot of them is probably the fact that I'm 6'4", 290-ish and most that call for one scoop, I have to use two to feel any effect from them.

And yes I do drink other caffeine during the day, I have a lo-carb Monster in the morning every day and drink iced tea throughout the day, but I don't drink any coffee or anything like that. I think I have a high tolerance for caffeine because it doesn't usually give me much of an energy kick.

I feel this one fine and I think it taste great. Get tingly too. Do you drink any other caffeine throughout the day?

kdaly1 Roids are dumb because nobody works out forever.

But i've got a few buddies that cycle on and off, or have done it before and now they dont that still maintain a lot of retained muscle because their ethics havent changed. Now if you stop working out then yea it all turns to mush.

I've never tired it but I used to want to. I'm about as big as I'll ever want to be. Just in maintenance mode now. Still a lightweight too. 150lbs

maxgst This kid went to school with me, he was 135 lbs

then he did roids for a while and came out looking like this:

And from what I know he stopped doing the roids a couple years ago, but kept working out and eating healthier, and he still looks like that.

The kid that died from enlarged heart, if we are talking about the same story was over 6'8 tall and already had pre-existing heart issues. Unless he was taking HGH than his heart would not be affected.

foxfive That's what happens when you take roids. There is not one person I know that juiced to get big that are still big. They are all fat loads or skinny. One kid died from an enlarged heart. On the flip side the guys who lifted right and naturally are still in shape.

Roids are a mental game, that is why people get hooked on them. The loss of size and strength after coming off a cycle is too much for most roid heads to handle.

Every single person you have talked about or showed "proof" of, has quit lifting and start eating like shit again.


Natural or not anyone will go back to being fat when they go back to not lifting and a poor diet.

There are many people who cycle and take months off and then get back on again without losing all their gains in their off cycle.

Tell that to this guy.

I have been around a lot of steroids back in the day and you 100% shrink and lose strength when you come off the juice. My college roommate went from 180 to 240 (ripped) over the course of about 8 years. He was benching well over 500. He came off after an injury and was almost 300 lbs of shit.

Over the years in the gym I have seen guys get big and strong and then a few years later they come back in fat and weak. The guys who lift naturally always stay rugged.

Muscle built with roids tears, that's a fact. Anybody pushing roids on here or defending roids had a screw loose. Roids are for pussies.

Just because you are skinny doesn't mean you can't clog up those arteries lol.
This isn't true BTW you will keep the muscle you have gained up until you surpass your genetic limit.

Then after coming off cycle most people will plateau again at their genetic limit or a little below it.

I would say I am plenty strong for my size and weight, I can easily rep my body weight on bench, pull up bar, dips, ect. My max on bench is 175, and that was after 145 6 times. I'm on no protein weight gainers and all the other stuff, haven't ever felt like it did anything for me.
Taking protein isn't going to give you any instant feeling or results but maintaining enough protein in your diet will over time start showing up as you gain lean muscle mass. If you track your macro nutrients it gets really hard to hit your target protein on just food. A shake or 2 a day makes it much easier.

foxfive Just work on getting shredded if you aren't all ready. Lean and ripped look better than swollen and bulky in my opinion. Girls like ripped as well.
