Wow I wish I had got a pinch of this type of help. I got told out their fine print even though that's not what I asked for. The statement was what you do with the item once we ship it is on you. What I did was have it professionally installed to find it defective. Luckily the installer will install the new unit for free when it arrives. I want someone to understand how mad I was and help ad acted like this rep did, I'm still waiting for my call from AM. No matter after more calls and a hang up I got raxiom ( Dan) great guy btw to help and we will see what happens next

Also I found out the warranty doesn't transfer so if your girl friend ,father,sister etc get this for you as a gift it will be in their name and not transferable to you. Might not be a problem if you can pass yourself off as the person who gave you the gift and have their info card number order number etc, if not your just screwed.

2017 Mustang GT 5.0 owner here. Installed Raxiom RAX-MUST15 unit, which is equivalent to the FIT-MUST15. Called Rosen, the vendor (and maybe developer? Seems these are all Sintegrate units). This is with iGO Primo 2.0 . Very nice unit, and took 5 hours of careful install to complete. I decided not to include the composite A/V connector, as it was too short anyhow. The system time vs GPS time was off, and after about 2 weeks, and just a few calls, I got the updated SD card for the time fix. The instructions for this were much better than the instructions for the install. If any of you are doing this install, or the one for the previous model (for 2010 to 2014 I suppose), I recommend watching several of the install videos before attempting one yourself. I nearly wrecked the 12v power source "cigarette lighter" connector, as no instructions on how to remove it (turns out the middle insert pops out, and then you can get the outer plastic portion removed). Anyhow... the clock / time zone fix worked well. Call Rosen and talk to Dan or Dave about this.
There are still some minor issues with the FIT-MUST15 (aka RAX-MUST15) model, even after the clock fix. These are - I cannot hear the lady speak telling me I am speeding, unless I go to the setup and change the master volume from 71% to 100%. Even then, after I shut the unit off, it reverts back to 71% again. I also cannot get the RDS text info to display (song title and artist name), and I did have it on my stock display. I also believe I had 18 FM presets and 12 AM. At this point, I only have 6 each. I believe it is lack of a "soft button" control for those, or lack of a timer for soft button pushes or multiple pushes, as my menu from the stock display required the hard "menu button" to be pushed twice on my 2017 for the additional settings to be displayed, which included RDS. I cannot find or access any of the "secret" menus on this device, either, and when I can get to the display keyboard, there is no soft "enter" key to push.
Finally, I'd like the "break" function that is on some of the earlier models, where it will allow HDMI to be used while driving. I have no use for it, but my passengers might. Raxiom / Rosen can get past the safety concerns by making it a "secret menu" item, then by providing a "I am a passenger" soft button to push, as well as an "I agree" button. Just my two cents...

Got mine from AM also,, no problems with mine.. going on 14 months, never acted up once.

|Cabikejumper||Seems like everything raxiom makes (besides sequencers) are junk. I always see bad reviews on FB pages. Good to see AM was quick to help you out. That's one of the reasons I order from them. Great customer service.|

|13v6||I'd call up AM real quickly. Seems that the unit is defective. Warning: if you have to send it back, they'll most likely want your current unit in the mail before sending out a new one. Sucks, I know.|

|Trackmasta2003||I'm having an issue with my Raxiom Navigation that I got from American Muscle. Everything works on the unit with the exception of the nav. Each time I press the nav button, the screen either goes blank or it starts to load and then goes back to the home screen for the radio? Any ideas?|

|solidhadriel||Yeah, so AM actually ended up emailing me asking me to call them. I was trying to keep to emails since I'm at work and I don't have my car with me. But it was a good thing I called. I talked to a guy who isn't their email support, and he seems to be escalating things better. They're going to send me out some new SD cards to try to update. He said if that doesn't work I'll need to contact AM for a third replacement.|

|cookiewhistle||I can dig that then. If they have your contact information then I fail to see why they wouldn't call you or try another means of reaching out if they didn't receive a response after two e-mails. Sounds like their tech support is nothing but a soup sandwich.|

|cookiewhistle||Did you check your spam or trash? I've had that happen to me a few times doing help desk related things. Either the exchange server caught my e-mail and tossed it for some reason or it just went directly to the users spam.|

Although it doesn't directly apply to your problem and it may not be your exact unit it does state that to get into the calibration screen you hit "NAV" immediately after the self-test completes.
I'd give that a try and if that doesn't work, start again and press a different button.
What sucks is the lack of support you're getting from Rosen.
I had intentions of putting one of these in this summer but now I'm having second thoughts.
Hopefully you get this resolved soon.

Just an update...
AM's nice present came in the mail today. Thanks Will!
Rosen hasn't really done much but tell me to check my sd card slot, blow in it (lol), and possibly blame my wire harness. Last week they asked for me to video record what the issue is. I don't know how much more clear I can be with them, so I video recorded me trying to update the nav onto Youtube, then I sent them the link. That was last Friday and I have not heard from them since.
