OHC230 There are 3 main areas I would look at. The front seal is a very common area for leakage. Unfortunately, you need to remove the trans and pull the torque converter to replace the front seal. The rear seal is much easier to replace. It requires the removal of the drive shaft, but is fairly easy to do. The 3rd area is the pan gasket. If you're going to pull the pan, you might as well do new fluid and a filter. While you're under there, it would make sense to adjust the bands as well. There is another seal on the shifter and an O-ring on the vacuum modulator that may also be a source of fluid loss.

Tranny trouble

I think I have a A4LD AOD trans in my car, 93 LX Fxxbody that seems to leak a lot, I have oil in front of the trans all over my exhaust and where the axle shaft hooks up behind the tranny all over my exhaust. Need help with what would cause it to leak so much, bad seals or?
