Washed it in the 40 degree weather....was a bit chilly, but worth it to be riding clean.

The mustang had to be the daily driver for about 3 weeks since my truck was in the shop. Today I got her washed up and tucked away for the winter. Time to start ripping it apart for suspension upgrades!

nice man!!! I was wondering about that.
I swapped turbos, from my on3 67mm ceramic ball bearing turbo/billet wheel (63mm hot side, .81 AR) to a 72mm turbonetics hurricane journal bearing (68mm hotside, .81 AR).
honestly, only reason I am switching is the turbo size will spool better with my cams and intake manifold. the on3 67 is an awesome turbo.
reinstalled my sway bar too. tomorrow swapping my steeda cable and fors racing quadrant for a MM quadrant and modified stock cable for less binding. and hopefully I can wire in my n2mb WOT box

Installed Steeda X2 balljoints and a MM bumpsteer kit. Lowering the front on coilovers with the stock k-member dropped the front roll center too far, leading to excessive body roll and positive dynamic camber gain. Many people have installed the X2's with great results, but I could only find a few posts scattered around the internet on installing the X2's in MM tubular A-arms. It can definitely be done, however.
I am very pleased with the results. Before installing the X2's, the car was slow to take a set as it would just roll over like a ship in water. Now it corners with much less drama involved. As a welcomed addition, impact harshness feels more dampened as well.

|Ares||Received a 3 bolt timing cover from a 01 F150. Stopped and picked up a belt tensioner for a 04 Cobra for it. Realized I needed to go a different route as the single bolt style cover won't work for what i need to do. Now to spend some quality time with degreaser and air tools. Get it cleaned and smoothed. Then painted.|

I made an oil catch can today, with parts from home depot, and I blocked off my egr since the intake and headers are already off.
I also recently got my old v6 back in my possession, which I've been parting out. I pulled the transmission today, and I'm gonna pull the exhaust and probably sell that too

|PRODUCTIONMAN||I pulled the motor, disassembled the top end to check out the damage from the passenger side cam gear keyway breaking and moving and all the pistons got tagged, and pulled the trans and the entire front end including K-member, suspension, brakes etc. Only thing I'm not doing is putting the new heads on the block and degreeing the cams.|

|EcoFriendly_lol||Yeah, I'm paying a friend of mine to do my PI head swap on my 98 GT daily driver. I think I do enough. I work full time 45 hours, sometimes more, a week. In return, I pay my friend, which helps him keep food on the table. I'll be okay with 235-245 RWHP. So far, I'm looking at a $1200 bill. lol Time to start saving for my rear suspension rebuild on my 85 GT.|

I'm just joking, someone had to go make the money for the parts and labor. I kept shamelessly throwing out hints for fathers day gifts, until I got a new battery for the stang, and then I installed it. I cleaned up all the chassis grounds, and terminals. That's hard work to me lol.

I thought since nobody has been using this recently, I'll give it some love.
After 3 back-breaking weeks of blood, sweat, and tears; I have replaced my convertible top, rear window, and headliner. Man was it a pain in the butt.
