If you Google it he is for Exedy so I'm going to call him today and discuss the issues to try and work something out.

Just got an email from head of corporate apologizing and admitting wrong. He is doing everything he can to please me and make things right and says that if I ever have any more problems I can go straight to him. Overall I am satisfied as Exedy actually took action and had their head man write me personally. It did still take a week for this to happen, but honestly they never had to contact me to admit wrong but they did and I appreciate it!

Net Promoter Score

You got a response because you went to the internet. This does not mean their service still does not suck, but at least you are finally getting a response.

McLeod is great if - and that is a big if - you use their matching flywheel and follow the instructions correctly. And their customer service is top-notch.

Dimora could I just resurface my flywheel and use the super street pro or would that give me problems with the stock flywheel? Seriously considering the super street pro because it will hold up to 500hp and the other clutches that can withstand around that are more than a hundred dollars more expensive. I drag occasionally so i want a higher rated clutch. I'm probably around 350rwhp I'd imagine because i have full bolt on and rebuilt motor and keep up with a 390hp turbo mustang but i also have 3.55 gears....i just don't want to risk buying a clutch that holds up to 350 or a little more horsepower because i don't know where I'm at and don't want to break it prematurely.

From what I understand, Mcleod clutch discs don't line up with the surface of any flywheel but the Mcleod flywheel. When he says If you use a Mcleod flywheel, he means IFF (if and only if).

Dang, well that just bursts my bubble. What other clutches are around $300 that will not blow with track use on street tires and also mate up to my factory flywheel?

I love my Exedy clutch and slave. I've never had an issue with their customer service either.

Got it figured out and worked out. Exedy made it right and helped me out. I gave them another shot and have an Exedy stage 2 clutch waiting to go into my mustang within the next few weeks
