Id say the bolt pattern for the rail definately isnt as important as the injectors placement.. But you know... Ive never touched one of these mysterious essex engines.. Lol :)

The blue LS srpings will work fine in an RWD head but will not work in SC heads.. I speak from experience on that one there.. Not too sure the exact amount of lift they are good for right off the top...
