That's why I think something is wrong. I expect 20mpg + with this much highway driving. Nearly all of my miles were highway on this most recent tank. It averaged 16.5.

They're clean. The battery is only a few months old and is an agm. I do want to recheck all of the ground connections because that's what this sounds like - is a bad ground or short.
