I have it ready to come out does the hood have to come off to clear?

It can't be that fast cause it still has the stock hood.

I believe the hood is supposed to come off. It's easy enough to remove it.

I would just for assurance. The hood comes off in like 4 or 5 bolts.
Not sure if the foxes have the 5th ground bolt. I would wait until you have a buddy with you. Makes things 100 times easier. The hood can be awkward taking off by yourself. You know this though.

lol yes I do lol. the hood dont have to come off the foxbody though engine swapping is a one man job with them. Now whats fun is when you have to pull the engine in a Lighting that is a bitch. When I blew mine up I should have sold it as is and bought another one.
