Yeah, you should definitely go with MAC or JBA long tube headers and an exhaust system. As far as brands for an exhaust system, it's mainly just personal preference but I can recommend a few brands. Flowmaster A/T's are one of the most popular and affordable. I also like the Borla stingers but they are pretty expensive. Listen to some clips on YouTube and you can choose what you like.

I have the Pypes from americanmuscle and I love the sound. No headers though, just the true dual coversion. No ricer sound here. Just my .02

Street legal depends on your state, whether or not emmissions are required and whether or not you have removed the cats.

cutting the bumper is really easy, go to the pypes website and download the template they have on the site for cutting the drivers side bumper.

Send a message via AIM to SeanAdams
I did both the Pypes duals and Headers, the true duals added a significant amount of power in the higher rpms and since there is less back pressure it took a little power away from the lower rpms. then i got the headers and i noticed the power off the line was better. with a cai tune and full catback exhaust your v6 will sound nothing like a ricer and have a nice deep sound
