Calm down. If you have a shop cut the springs they might hemm and haw a bunch then charge a shitassfuckload to do it. Read a reliable 'how to' 76.34527 times and then do it yourself. It very simple and if all you want is to go lower (Looks instead of all out performance) go with these.

They're cheap, quality, and reliable. They drop your car and increase handling a bit. I have them on my car and haven't had any issues thus far and I know someone who ran them for 4 years and hasn't had any issues either.

If you cannot seem to spell simple 4 letter words, use some semblance of punctuation when forming sentences, or SpElL N tAlK LiEk ThIs, I'm going to assume you know nothing and are retarded.

You will love it, trust me. look into getting an MGW shifter. You will never want another shifter after you get one

Should make a holster, like mine is going to have. Then fill it with something deadly.

I'm getting a Steeda Tri Axe with the swap, we will see if I like it.

I still need to work out a few details though. Should I use the manual PCM or just get a tune for the auto? Either way I will need a retune, but I didn't know if I need to get the manual PCM taken to ford to get it PATS reprogrammed, which will be expensive.

Well while he's shifting gears on his own he can build the auto (assuming its a 4r70w), and either sell it to a someone with a V6/5.0 or keep it as a backup for if/when the manual wears out.

If you left in your isolators you could pull those, depending on the condition they are in it is good for 1/8" to 1/2" or so.

Or pull the springs and cut a quarter a coil at a time until you are satisfied with the stance.
