Headlight stripes 2013 V6

Hey guys,

I am new to owning a mustang and don't know a whole lot about it. I have a 2013 v6. I bought it with the two stripes on the driver side headlight off. I thought it was just that i had to replace the bulb but apparently i have been told that i have to replace the whole housing. Its that true? its expensive. Now ive noticed that when i change the light mode next to the steering wheel, the light flick but then they turn off. Only this driver side doesn't work. Also the yellow turning signal on that side is off also. The lights of the car suck. You can't see anything when they are on.
Can anyone tell me if its maybe some wiring issue or if i do in fact have to replace the whole housing?

Thanks in advance.

If its the 2 led bars in front of the turn signal bulb then yes I believe that theyre non serviceable. But before you replace it check all the wiring. Also has it rained recently?
