A4LD 4.0L transmission with a 2.3 bell housing bolted to it + Transgo Shift Kit, double clutch 4 liter torque converter, large servos for 2nd and overdrive, oversize pressure boost valve.


Has a broad torque curve from 2500-6800 RPM
Needs to run water injection to make max power.

It was definitely worth the effort.

When I stay off the gas, it will average 21 MPG
