History
My wife bought this LX automatic for my birthday about 20 years ago. Naturally, I couldn't leave it alone, wanting to go faster and faster. She's on her fourth engine and is now a 5 speed as well. My guess is this engine will be her final heart as it the FRPP Boss 363. Just an amazing powerplant and with a factory warrantee! Can't beat that. My goal with this car was to keep it stock looking but with massive upgrades everywhere. If you don't hear it idle, it really does look pretty stock.

Modifications

Drivetrain
This says it better than I can -

I'll get some more pictures in when I can
Interior
Interior is relatively stock except for a custom gauge package I bought when they first came out. This was a vast improvement over the stock gauges and features all Autometer gauges.

I had a Full custom Clarion entertainment system installed with the best of everything and it totally rocks. Only problem is the car is loud and nasty and I think I'd rather listen to that :-)
Exterior
Car was totally stripped to bare metal and a better shade of red with clearcoat was selected. Spoiler and trunk rack were removed and a Cervini 2 1/2" hood now sets in place. All weatherstripping and emblems were replaced. Car is also lowered slightly.
Audio
Balanced aluminum driveshaft with support loop. Completely rebuilt and updated 8.8 rear with 3.73 gears.
Suspension
Mostly Maximum Motorsports - K frame, Camber plates, Control arms. Billstein shocks. Lowered springs but not too low. Just a nicer stance.
Wheel and Tire
Pony R wheels 17 X 8 front with Nitto 555, 17 X 10 rear with Nitto 555R
