Might be a stupid question but will 05-13 rims fit 99-04? Theres a set of FR500 on CL brand new for a good deal. Id like to pick them up

05+ offest is +30 and +40, ours is +24 and +22

Stock 06 bullitt wheels with stock tires slightly rubbed my inner fenders at full lock on my car

Depends on the width of the wheels. It will be if the new wheels are same width as your existing ones. They'll have to be at least as much wider as the difference in backspacing for the outer lip to be in the same spot.

if its the 18x10 rear, that would be 3/4 of an inch farther inward
