Theres this 98 cobra thats annoying the S*** outta me. All hes done to it is cut off the cats and take off the mufflers. Every time he sees me he revs all loud in the military housing complex and always cuts me off on the streets. I want to meet him at the track and just destroy him. He cant shift either.

i hate it when that happens. there was a civic that used to live by me that always did that. but atleast with you its a real car.
