Just compiling some numbers. If we use averages the 370z has a tiny bit more acceleration and high speed stability. While the Mustang has better braking. I'd call acceleration a tie IMO. The high speed stability is a definite loss, but I attribute that to the unnecessary ride height, which transfers to too much body movement, springs takes care of that.

Answer: Rear seat delete, intake (Or just drop in), tune, shocks and/ or springs. Minimum of ~$600 to beat it.

My whole thing is, there is about a 10-1 ratio in favor of mustangs being modded. Mustangs have an extreme amount of options when it comes to modding and most people take advantage of it ;). Just saying that if I was to come across either of those cars 9 times out of 10 I would win because they are more than likely not modded. Just my 2 cents and I could not stand losing to a v6 mustang with a twin turboed bmw.

My 2008 335i had a rear delete and trunk lining delete. Plus every bolt on equaling 416rwhp and 444rwtq SAE on a Dynojet. Bitch went like stink. I agree generally 350's and 370's are stock, plus they do not have a lot of modding options available besides FI.

Both scenarios are likely lol, but besides the great alexander not many people mod their beamers (which is a shame).

M3's :drool Love those damn cars, so sick.

Just for ****'s and giggles I went and built one on their site last week.

Would have cost me a little over $70k for what I wanted. **** I'd rather blow that on a Boss and have enough left over to get me a 04 Mach to work on. LOL.

GTRs are sick.

M3s are pretty bad ass as well. Bosses are amazing too. Its all in how you want to show off your style...

i like the 99-04 body style the best :)
Nah 2010+ is my favorite. Followed by 1969:

Mustangs in 1970 were meh, but 1971 and the older fox body design is puke, until 1987 with the newer fox. Then the 94-98 are alright not bad, but the New Edge's 99-04 are pretty sick. 2005 when they came out were cool, but the 2010 is an improvement all across the board in style.

The new edge style is by far my favorite body style. Closely followed by the 10+.
